As a Licensed Professional Counselor I have worked in the Richmond area for over 25 years. I work with families, adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression and family issues. Past experience includes: inpatient substance abuse hospital(adolescent unit, Inpatient psychiatric hospital (adolescent unit), United Way, Chesterfield Mental Health, Commonwealth Parenting, St. Bridget's School and private practice.
I also work with Autism Spectrum and eating disorders. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and an eclectic combination of client centered and solution based therapies. My hope is to support people and encourage awareness so that changes can happen.
