Hi! I offer in-person therapy for adults, parents and children (0-10), both neurodivergent and neurotypical, who are asking - why am I feeling this way? If you notice yourself feeling burned out or have symptoms of depression and anxiety...Or if your child's wellbeing is worrying you or they are having under or over expressed behaviors, I could be a good fit to delve into the uncomfortable places and guide you out.
Adults and parents might have questions from the past that haven’t been resolved, or you might even be on the roller coaster of sometimes feeling ok, and sometimes not. With a deep respect for your individual experiences and values I work to hold a curious space with you for reflections and processing, to work towards clarity and self-assuredness.
With children I provide a playful and developmentally attuned space either in my office or at your home, to strengthen emotional regulation and build growth and resiliency. I have training in attachment and trauma therapy for young children, and help families manage behaviors and stress.
