Psychotherapy is a process of self discovery and change, at times challenging but ultimately profound and rewarding. In my practice I provide an atmosphere of respect, warmth and curiosity to help my clients explore their feelings, understand the dynamics of their past and begin to live a more fulfilling life less burdened by old patterns and painful symptoms. I provide psychotherapy to adults (individuals and couples) and adolescents.

I draw from a variety of treatment models including Psychodynamic, Relational and Cognitive Behavioral. I specialize in mood disorders (anxiety and depression), trauma, relationship/intimacy issues, career counseling, life transitions, i.e. college, post college, midlife, divorce and step parenting. I also help clients who desire to improve their over all quality of life.

My clients describe me as warm, direct and nonjudgemental. It is my priority to make my clients feel deeply listened to and accepted for who they are and the choices they have made.
