My work as a therapist is informed by my training in Integrative psychotherapy and Buddhist psychology. This includes listening to one’s whole being - mind, body, and spirit. Some of the tools I use are: expressive arts, somatic therapy and meditation. You are welcome to use these or not. I am guided by what feels right for you.
