My work as a therapist is informed by my training in Integrative psychotherapy and Buddhist psychology. This includes listening to one’s whole being - mind, body, and spirit. Some of the tools I use are: expressive arts, sand tray, somatic therapy and meditation. You are welcome to use these or not. I am guided by what feels right for you.
I have worked with a diverse population with a variety of cultural issues. I understand the challenges of finding a therapist who feels comfortable for you.
