I work with adolescents and adults who are seeking help in addressing your unique challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life changes and more. Everyday stressors can create difficulty for anyone, making your normal ability to manage life more complicated. I am a certified EMDR Therapist and use a combination of approaches and techniques from CBT, DBT, IFS, somatic, mindfulness, art, and solution-focused. I find it important to understand the impact your challenges have on you as an individual, so I can help you address what is important to you in a way that is as unique as you are.
I enjoy creating a trusting, collaborative relationship where we can work together with compassion to address what is causing difficulty in your life, such as anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, identity issues, problematic behavior, anger, and communication. I want to understand your individual experience and work on what is important to you.
