Over the last 35 years, as a therapist, community social justice advocate/ activist and educator and as a Pastor; I have witnessed pain and healing occur around a number of life issues, a diverse level of formats and from a variety of different perspectives. Through stories, symbols and skills, we’ll work together to both uncover and anchor new learnings. I work with Transpersonal, Contemplative, Humanistic, Archetypal, Systemic, Narrative, Experiential / Gestalt aspects of well-being; working holistically towards integration and growth. These models of therapy along with creative approaches to problem-solving, experiential healthy rituals/ routines help you at the root of the issue towards lasting change.
