As an interfaith pastoral/grief counselor and hypnotherapist, I can help you to discover/reaffirm a more positive sense of self. I am certified by the American Institute of Healthcare Professionals and the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists to address issues such as self-esteem, relief of anxiety, healing of trauma, stress management, the mind-body-spirit connection, breath awareness/control, meditation techniques, & fears/phobias.
Pastoral Counseling provides resources when dealing with issues such as surviving a loss or traumatic experience, searching for a more meaningful way of living, experiencing a health crisis, and getting relationship needs met. I offer a warm, open presence that supports your beliefs, values, and traditions, using language that is authentic to who you are.
My experience in hospice & grief counseling, as well as my work as an officiant for local weddings, funerals, and christenings, has enabled me to serve people of varied religious/spiritual perspectives, as well as secular, without restriction, honoring each individual's path to wholeness.
