I believe therapy is a space where you can unlock new understandings of your life and the world around you. Often, we find ourselves struggling with the recurring emotions, thoughts, and relational patterns. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are experiencing interpersonal and internal difficulties, navigating issues of gender and sexuality, coming-of-age, and life transitions. I also work with people who are struggling with substance use, mania, depression, and anxiety.
Using a psychodynamic lens, I aim to create a liberatory space that allows for curiosity, self-expression, humor, and creativity. I believe that the here-and-now is inseparable from our past experiences and the social and political worlds we inhabit. Together, we can explore the whole you and work towards a more authentic life.
