This population and their families are the bulk of the services that I provide. My therapeutic sessions focus on relieving stress by simply solving problems. My approach is to be honest, direct, while creating an environment for openness and collaborating with clients on their goals. Cognitive Behavior Therapy is the theoretical approach of preference.
