My approach to counseling combines cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness therapies, and solution-focused techniques. I help clients identify and challenge negative thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that contribute to their anxiety and trauma. I guide clients in developing coping skills, self-care strategies, and resilience.
