The relationship between client and therapist is essential to successful therapy. I seek to establish an empathetic, trusting relationship with clients, which provides the context for a deeper understanding of oneself and the difficulties bringing them to therapy. From this relational foundation, I work collaboratively with clients to find solutions to their problems.
I work with a variety of issues in therapy, including emotional struggles, trauma grief and loss, life transitions, relational problems, depression, and anxiety.
I have over 20-years of experience a therapist. Additionally, I have been active in training and supervising students seeking to become therapists.
