I aim to help clients address difficult life challenges such as, anxiety and depression, substance abuse, pornography, relationship issues, family conflicts, and self-love. I hold experience in mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, as well as stressors related to major life decisions and transitions. Additionally, I offer faith based services to those interested.

Together, we will also focus on your unique needs, develop attainable goals by exploring skill building, coping mechanisms, self-awareness, and other therapeutic approaches to meet your specific needs.
