I look forward to working with clients with a variety of diagnoses, including depression, anxiety, infertility, adoption, life changes and transitions, grief and loss, including divorce. Empathy, respect and compassion are all at the forefront of my work with client's, with an emphasis on client's strengths and goals. Therapeutic modalities include; solution focused, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and strengths based. I believe in meeting the client where they are at and tailoring individualized plans of care, to meet each client's goals. In my time as a counselor, I have learned that life experiences are different for everyone and that people cope in different ways during stressful times. My hope is to be able to guide you through these stressful times.
My focus is to build upon strengths you already have, using them as a platform to learn new and healthy ways to cope when life becomes stressful and overwhelming. Let's face it, these past two years have been like no other! We are going to get through all of this together.
