I look forward to working with you, to help you achieve your hopes and dreams of becoming the best you!
I believe in meeting the client where they are at and tailoring individualized plans of care, to meet each client's goals. In my time as a counselor, I have learned that life experiences are different for everyone and that people cope in different ways during stressful times. My hope is to be able to guide you through these stressful times.
My focus is to build upon strengths you already have, using them as a platform to learn new and healthy ways to cope when life becomes stressful and overwhelming.
