I believe therapy is based in connection. The relationship between you and your therapist can be a powerful vessel for transformation. To me, therapy is a place to deepen our capacity for authentic connection and evolve how we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us.
My work weaves together AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), parts work, body-based approaches, mindfulness, and sex therapy. My goal is to help folks get to know and reconnect with the parts of themselves that have learned to protect, perform, or disappear — and to invite those parts back into belonging.
