My name is Lou Bardach, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults who grew up in families where alcoholism, dysfunction, or trauma shaped how they see themselves and connect with others. You may feel weighed down by shame, loneliness, anxiety, or self-doubt, often stuck in patterns you desperately want to change but can’t seem to escape. Deep down, you may long for safety, belonging, and the freedom to live as your truest self. My role is to walk beside you with compassion and courage as you rediscover your worth, heal the wounds of your past, and move toward an authentic, connected, and more fulfilling life.
In our work together, you will experience a warm and welcoming space where every part of you is accepted without judgment. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, while helping you explore and discover the language, tools, and practices that feel most natural, supportive, and empowering for your healing journey.
My practice is unique because I combine Internal Family Systems with ACA/ACoA Reparenting, a powerful approach that offers both deep healing and practical tools for daily life. I am passionate about this work because I’ve witnessed the profound transformation that happens when people reclaim their wholeness, live their truth, and experience genuine freedom.
