I’ll offer a few details that might make this process feel a little more directive. I am a licensed professional counselor and a marriage and family therapist candidate. My work is relational at its core, whether I am working with individuals, or larger units. Those who seem to get the most out of working with me are in touch with their internal emotional landscapes and interested in being active participants in their healing.
I work with both individuals and relational systems surrounding relational concerns, ethical non-monogamy/polyamory, codependency, familial conflicts; as well as anxiety, depression, financial stress, and life transitions.
As a queer transman, I have felt the impact as a client of seeing a therapist who could not hold my identities, as well as the power of one who could. I view myself as a lifelong learner and am committed to my own therapeutic work, consultations with other professionals, and trainings to further my education.
