Hi! (Accepting New Clients In Office) My hope as a therapist is to provide a safe, warm accepting environment where you will feel comfortable enough to share your thoughts and feelings. I feel the most important part of therapy is the trust formed between therapist and client that allows client to feel comfortable addressing their issues. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to help you to increase your ability to use your inner strengths to improve the quality of your life.
My style is empathetic, compassionate, and collaborative. The modalities that I primarily use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. Together we will look at counter productive thought processes and behaviors. We will then work at making changes to improve the quality of your life.
