Lotus of Life is a growing group private practice serving clients ages 5+. Our experience and areas of focus include: chronic health conditions, Grief/ Loss, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, School/ Academic/ Career issues, Social/ Emotional challenges, Disordered Eating, LGBTQ+, Couples, Perinatal/ Infant loss and more. Therapy is provided virtually (Statewide) and in person in Westfield, Indiana by a Pre-licensed or fully licensed Therapist based on specific needs and availability.

Lotus of Life emphasizes meeting people right where they are at and helping them gain strategies to enhance their overall wellbeing and mental health. Therapists use a variety of interactive techniques/ tools to engage clients. This may include experiential, mindfulness, play, and CBT strategies.
