We are so glad you are here. We know that you are tired of being overdiagnosed and over-medicated. You know your body and your mind best-- and what you need right now is for someone to listen. What you need is someone who can consider every part of you and your situation. Lotus Holistic Therapy Center is for women struggling with fertility, confidence, trauma, and/or grief-- Teenagers trying to navigate a changing world and the tumultuous emotions that go along with that-- Couples who are having to learn their partner in a new way.
We provide culturally competent mental health services, integrative nutrition wellness coaching, and yoga practice support to provide holistic care that will nurture every part of you. We know that quite a few systems were in place to get you to this place-- and together, we will use a variety of approaches to get you where you want to be.
