Many of the clients I work with are adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, or major life transitions. Both men and women often seek therapy when they feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. I provide a supportive space to process experiences, develop healthier coping skills, and build resilience. I also have specialized training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and support women navigating pregnancy and postpartum challenges. My goal is to help clients gain clarity, strengthen emotional well-being, and move forward with confidence.
I provide in-person and virtual counseling for adults struggling with anxiety, trauma, and life stress. I am trained in EMDR therapy, which helps people process difficult experiences and reduce emotional distress. My goal is to help clients build insight, resilience, and healthier ways of coping.
