Lotus Counseling Services is a group practice of therapists committed to providing quality and compassionate care to adults and couples. We specialize in supporting people who have experienced trauma and no longer want their past painful experiences to dictate their future. We also have extensive experience working with people looking to overcome the effects of depression, anxiety, and addiction. We believe that you are inherently strong and have the tools to overcome what you are experiencing, but due to certain circumstances, those tools are blocked. We are here to help you move the rubble to allow those tools to surface.
Some of the modalities our clinicians will use to assist you in working through trauma, depression, anxiety, and/or addiction include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person Centered therapy, and Solution Focused therapy.
