Sometimes life can be overwhelming and the storms of life rage. Having a counselor who can provide tools necessary to find a sense of peace and acceptance is so invaluable. Whether you are needing help with anxiety, depression, self esteem and self confidence, stress, guilt/shame, past hurts, relationship issues, or substance use disorders, I use a holistic approach to healing and personal growth and can help you find healthy ways to cope and transform your life. Recovery is possible for everyone and I hope to help you find your pathway.
Using compassion, empathy, and high postive regard for all my clients, I love helping adults, couples, and families recover. Using mindfulness based stress reduction techniques, DBT, CBT for Depression and CBT-Chronic Pain, CPT and IBCT, I offer ways to find balance in mind, body, and sprit and transform lives.

I accept cash, check or credit cards and I am in network with BCBS, Medicare, Traditional Medicaid, Superior Medicaid, Cigna and United Healthcare. I can provide information for reimbursement from insurances. I offer in person or Telehealth appointments.
