Seeking help can feel daunting and come with a little or a lot of ambivalence. I try to make therapy as collaborative a process as possible. My goal for clients is to provide support, bear witness to your experience, and share the tools needed to effectively manage thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal relationships on your own.

Initial sessions are used to obtain history of the presenting issues. Sessions include experiential activities with an invitation to practice insights and skills in between sessions. Review of these activities will occur at each subsequent session. Most clients see incremental improvement of symptoms within the first 8 weeks with continued improvement thereafter.
