My professional focus includes depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, self-esteem, attachment concerns, intimate partner abuse, critical incidents, threat assessment/crisis intervention, and coaching. I use evidenced based practices from a strength based, solution-focused perspective. I would be honored to help you gain insight and tools to create the change you would like in life.

Seeking help can feel daunting and come with a little or a lot of ambivalence. I try to make therapy as collaborative and transparent a process as possible. My goal for clients is to provide support and equip you with the tools or skills needed to effectively manage thoughts, emotions, and interpersonal relationships on your own.
