Here at the Lotus Center, we practice holistic healing that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. Our Clinicians and Wellness Coaches utilize a person- centered approach to treatment and strategically tailor interventions to meet the needs of each individual. We implement evidenced-based modalities to encourage and empower long- lasting life changes.
We offer both therapy and coaching services. Therapy addresses the underlying root causes of distressful behaviors and can be long term. Wellness coaching is short term, focusing on making immediate change (i.e. smoking cessation, weight loss). Here at the Lotus Center, our mantra is "Bloom where you are planted, change starts from within.”
