Trauma comes in many shapes and sizes, and I am here to help you work through it. My priority is to create a space where you can feel safe and connect to your true self, with compassion and without judgment. I am here to help you explore, process, understand, and learn about the issues that have been bothering you, and perhaps give you tools along the way. I primarily focus on treatment of trauma but have experience supporting other therapeutic needs as well.
I utilize art therapy in addition to talk therapy and EMDR. Art therapy is a tool for finding depth and meaning, as well as an alternative communication when words aren't enough. EMDR is a trauma treatment method that desensitizes intense memories and helps you reprocess them. For those who prefer neither, I offer a space to talk through your issues.
