Lost and Found Counseling is a trauma specialized private practice focused on integrative healing of mind, body and spirit. We believe transformation begins when you belong and we want to create a space where deep healing can occur at every level. We work with kids, teens, adults, couples, families and groups for everything from anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, personality disorders, spirituality, transitions, and more. With over a dozen different providers, specialized in 25+ different modalities to support overall wellbeing, we hold space to assist anyone who may come through our door.
Our Team
As a trauma-focused therapist and healer I work from a holistic approach to integrate mind, body and spirit with my clients. I believe that we are all living out of our perspective of our story and with each new day comes the opportunity to understand and develop that story more. I deeply understand the need for attachment with ourselves and others, so I consider it an honor to walk alongside my clients and help them gain insight into their stories. I work with adults, children, teens and couples to help them with a variety of issues based on trust and connection. I work with deep trauma and personality disorders (DID, BPD, etc).

I deeply understand the need for attachment with ourselves and others, so I consider it an honor to walk alongside my clients and help them gain insight into their stories. You are not here because everything has fallen apart. You are here because part of you knows something needs to change, and that part was brave enough to look. Whether you are carrying grief, trauma, patterns that keep repeating, or a life that looks okay from the outside but does not feel that way, this is a space for all of it. Together we slow down, get underneath what is happening, and build something that actually lasts. You will not be rushed, and you will not be judged. Showing up is the hardest part. You already did it.

I believe your life is inherently valuable. Even in the midst of uncertainty, I firmly believe there is an opportunity for fullness, healing, and belonging. My hope as a licensed therapist is to meet with those in the midst of pain and self-loss as they pursue growth and a greater sense of connection and authenticity.

I Am Accepting Clients for In-Person & Telehealth appointments- this can be for individuals and couples. I am ready and willing to provide a safe space, to help you and/or your loved one face and take on any life stressors or challenges. This can include issues contributing to anxiety, depression, relational problems, trauma, unhealthy coping skills, self-esteem issues, stress and much more. Services are offered for couples, families, teens, young adults, and adults- (including First Responders & LGBTQ+). I’d be happy to answer any questions/ concerns, so Please don’t hesitate to reach out!
