From the time I was little, I have always enjoyed the art of observation and connection. I believe that everyone has a story to live however, the method is rarely similar and can be a pretty bumpy ride. I love listening and I love caring. While I am on the beginning steps of learning how to do this well, if you walk through my door you can expect a warm environment to be safe, seen, and heard. Healing, though at times may be difficult, is the beginning to living the life that reflects the beauty of who you are.
I am currently in school for my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in hopes to achieve an LPC after completing my internship and graduation. I am in the process of becoming familiar in using modalities and tools, such as, CBT, IFS, EMDR, grief and spiritual transitions.
Sometimes it feels like were are living in a world that demands/provides answers 27/7. I understand what life can be like when those answers just aren't there or don't make sense. Reach out and we can talk about it :).
