About
Have you spent time trying to claw your way out of a deep, dark cave of depression? Unhappiness feels scary, unfair and even shameful. We are here to help you identify patterns & behaviors you can change to realize true happiness and make the most of yourself. You will learn to recognize and accept your emotions as separate from who you are. We will identify current and past relationships that may be impacting how you experience life and work to improve your understanding of these relationships and communication to continue developing new and better connections. The most important relationship is your relationship with yourself!
We are a group of 4 practitioners with over 25 years of collective experience as teachers, coaches, counselors, nutritional consultants, professors and mentors. We are passionate about working collaboratively within our practice with individuals of all ages, couples, and families with the hope of obtaining a healthy life balance and lifelong growth.
Director Debra Pace has a variety of experience working with individuals of all ages, races and cultures. She has taught and coached in Morocco and Australia and has served as an advisor to college students, as they transition both into and out of college.
