Through somatic exploration and relational safety, I connect with clients from a place of mutual humanity and deep compassion. It's my honor to hold space for and support you. And I hope we'll share a few laughs, too.
Healing is a process of integrating all the parts that comprise the whole you. I'm able to support that process utilizing trauma-responsive modalities, somatic therapy, mindfulness and neurobiology, along with BIG empathy for the messy experience of being human.
