Hi, I am really glad you stopped by. Are you struggling with the direction your life is going? Or maybe your symptoms keep you from healthy relationships, excelling at work, or living life to the fullest. Well, change is possible no matter how hard things feel. You can cultivate the life you want and deserve by engaging in strength based, compassionate, solution-focused healing. I specialize in attachment wounds, dissociation, and trauma intervention. My passion is in neuroscience; I’m trained in Ketamine, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems, Schema, DBT, EMDR and Gottman. I see couples, individuals, and facilitate groups.
EMDR, IFS and Brainspotting relieve and desensitize painful memories, promoting repair and disrupting negative beliefs connected to past experiences and trauma. These are just some effective treatments for PTSD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and OCD. I am also trained in Gottman couples therapy and IFS for couples, intimacy from the inside out.
The foundation to all therapy is based on trust and building a therapeutic alliance. A calm, safe place to hold space, connect and heal. It should encompass compassion, validation, support and change. It’s hard to walk the healing path alone, so if you feel ready, please give me a call, let’s get started on this journey to inner peace and wellbeing.

My favorite people to work with are people who have survived trauma, who struggled with neglectful or absentee parents resulting in attachment wounds . I have a passion for complex PTSD; my work in EMDR Brainspotting and ketamine are effective modalities to address the past, and symptoms of post traumatic stress. I have never met anyone stronger and than those who life has tried to break.
