As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Hypnotherapist, I work with individuals who experience anxiety, depression, and grief. I understand trauma and its effects from a personal and professional perspective. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist my clients in retraining their minds. By doing this, my clients will learn to take control of intrusive/racing thoughts, negative thinking patterns, and/or unwanted subconscious beliefs. My style is warm, but solution focused and goal oriented. If you are not ready to go inward to create positive change, I may not be the Therapist for you.
My main goal is to help heal clients suffering from past traumas that have significantly affected their everyday lives in a negative way. I then work with my clients to assist them in letting go of old thought patterns in order for them to live more peaceful, joyful, fulfilling lives.
