Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and tired of pretending you're okay? My name is Lorri, and I am a licensed Social Worker with over a decade of experience as a therapist. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 20 years as a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor, providing support and guidance to individuals navigating addiction and recovery.
Many people today struggle with their relationships—both with others and themselves—as well as challenges related to loss, grief, anxiety, and depression. I am passionate about helping individuals and couples overcome these obstacles, achieve their personal goals, and build fulfilling lives.
I take an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness. Additionally, I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective method for processing trauma.
My work is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep commitment to supporting those on their journey to healing and self-discovery.
