Life can often feel complicated and full of struggles. My commitment as a therapist is to help guide clients through difficult issues to gain balance, wholeness, resiliency, insight and success in life. I offer an integrative blend of therapy modalities, with my primary modality being IFS. I carry a sensitivity and compassionate understanding of each individual's unique struggles and strengths and help clients realize their own path toward healing and wholeness.
The journey toward healing is rich with insights that can help heal the past and guide the present and future. Wholeness and health are possible! Through using a variety of techniques, including EMDR, IFS, depth therapy, and sandplay, many levels are explored to reveal a more authentic aligned relationship with Self.
Through collaboration between myself and clients…healing, resiliency and a greater conscious-knowing of Self will emerge.

Groups
IFS Healing Circles: IFS-based Coaching Group
An Internal Family Systems Experiential & Educational Coaching Group. Discover the power of IFS within a Healing Circle that combines experiential exploration with psychoeducation. This experience will help you to develop a deeper understanding of the different parts of yourself and how they inform your emotions, behaviors and relationships. Your will also work on establishing Self to part relationships throughout the duration of this group. Please note that this is a coaching group and is not considered a substitute for IFS therapy.
