Accelerated Resolution Therapy addresses a range of issues. It can address severe trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, life themes (low self-esteem), etc. This process can work in as little as 1-5 sessions depending on the issue. This allows for short-term treatment and immediate decrease in symptoms.
