Your life is a divine gift and worthy of the time and attention you can provide it - especially during challenging times when your life is turned upside down, relationships are troubled, life is confusing and painful, past experiences make the present hard to navigate, or sadness or fears make coping difficult. It is my goal to create with you a place of safety, understanding, acceptance and exploration so that you can experience the changes and growth that you desire.
As a clinical psychologist with certified training in recovery from trauma (either difficult pasts or certain events), I facilitate healing by helping you connect more fully with yourself and others and by working with your beliefs, emotions and the wisdom of your body.
Additionally, I work with young adults, those with physical injuries and illnesses, and those coping with depression an anxiety. Whatever it is that brings you in, I wholeheartedly look forward to meeting you and walking with you through this important part of your life journey.
