Hello, I'm Lorrie. The way we respond to challenges is all about perspective, and I believe that reconnecting with yourself is an important place to start. Life can become a maze of work, family, and obligations, making it easy to lose yourself and difficult to find your way back. I work with many people who are experiencing anxiety, sadness, stress, and feeling overwhelmed with life, jobs, relationships, and social connections. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I know how important it is to feel heard and to have someone say, 'I hear you, and I understand where you are coming from.'

My agenda is to work with what you feel is calling you loudest. From there, I help you begin finding your own voice, since that is what is most important. I believe that you know what the next steps are; my job is to help guide you there. It is exciting to see all the possibilities and potential that we can incorporate into our lives.
