I am able to help you improve your symptoms of stress, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, overwhelm, and trauma. You may have experienced trauma which has lasting effects, or ongoing stress. Trauma, depression and anxiety CAN receive healing and get unstuck, and your physical and emotional health restored. The brain can change, it's adaptive. I have experience with teens, adults, and couples. My life experiences, training, and clinical expertise, offer more. I am able to assist with the option of medication and/or natural supplements, as a benefit, and can referrals. I hope to speak with you and help you decide what's best.
I use a wide variety of treatment protocols to effectively create change, and reduce distress. Together we will discover which approach will work best for your needs. I utilize a highly relational, and supportive approach. I can use a faith based, Christian approach as desired. I use EMDR, Emotional Freedom Technique, Somatic experiencing, IFS, and ACT
