Group attendees ages 8-12 years old and 13-17 years old will work to Improve Self Esteem, Build Communication skills, learn to Manage emotions effectively, Learn skills to decrease anxiety and depression symptoms. This program is designed to help youth process their pain and overcome challenges quickly. A weekly skill building group for youth/teens to learn skills to lower anxiety and depression symptoms. We will utilize skills connected with grounding, goal setting, motivation, and mindfulness. Weekly snacks will be provided.
