Having 40+ years of experience, I am able to work effectively with most patients with a variety of concerns. I have extensive experience as a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (CBT). CBT is extremely helpful in addressing anxiety, depression, and other emotional issues. I am able to look at patterns of behavior that have developed over the lifespan. I assist my patients to develop insight and understanding into their core beliefs about themselves and life.
My passion is working with individuals to improve their emotional well-being. Assessing core issues and providing support are essential to the therapeutic process. I work using the Cognitive Behavioral Model (CBT) and help patients to cognitively restructure their thoughts to better enable them to see alternate perspectives.
