I work with Individuals, couples, families and children. My work focuses on adults dealing with PTSD, trauma (complex and single episodes), anxiety, depression, life transitions, and chronic health issues. Our work together might include mindfully exploring past and present issues and integrating your experience in an inclusive way. We will explore body, mind, and spirit together, all parts of self are welcome.
I offer a humanistic and client-centered approach to therapy with a strength-based focus. I utilize somatic techniques, mindfulness with meditation, tools for moving out of being stuck, affirmation, creativity through art and writing, and I am open to different spiritual aspects of this work.
Finding our way through difficult times can feel challenging and lonely. You don’t need to be alone. Together, we can take steps to explore integrating your past and your present in a strength based way. I currently work at San Francisco Bay Play Therapy. I work with children and teens in office and adults have the option to work virtually or in-person.
