I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with twenty years of experience working with adults and couples experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, communication issues, marital/ relationship issues, career challenges and overall stress. This is your time to focus on you and take care of you. My approach is based upon my client's individual needs.
