I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in working with children, transitional-aged youth, and families. My approach is strength-based, where I help individuals identify and build on their unique strengths, using evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral, Trauma-Focused, and Dialectical Behavioral techniques. I believe in a collaborative and empowering process to support clients in navigating their challenges and achieving their full potential.
I primarily work with transitional-aged youth (16-25) and adolescents as they navigate the critical stages of identity development and relationship-building. I have extensive experience supporting young people dealing with anxiety and depression, helping them gain insight and coping skills to manage their emotions and challenges.
My journey to becoming a therapist was shaped by my desire to provide comfort and support to others. As the oldest daughter of immigrants, I grew up in a helping role and always knew I wanted to pursue a profession where I could make a difference in people’s lives.
