I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Napa Valley, California working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with adults and specialize in Post-traumatic Stress, Acute Stress, Panic Episodes, Anxiety, Grief, and Addictive disorders. I provide Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In addition, I provide Somatic And Calming Strategies; Parts Work; Psychoeducation; Motivational interviewing, and general support for your goals.
My approach to therapy is helpful for those with a history of past trauma, acute stress, panic, anxiety, and complex grief and those who work in high-stress environments, such as first responders.
My communication style can be described as direct, and supportive with empathy. It is important for me to position myself behind your eyes to understand the realities of your lifeworld while holding a place to witness your experience.
