As a relationship specialist, a Certified Individual & couples Imago Therapist, Imago Parenting trainer and a skilled EMDR practicioner, I teach effective communication and help others to understand & then overcome difficult obstacles in their lives. My clients learn about themselves in a non-judging and supportive envoronment. Guiding them to make changes and shift into satisfying lives and relationships is my expertise. Higher levels of confidence, relief & contentment are some of the benefits to my clients of our work together.

Offering expert guidance I teach couples to understand each other using powerful techniques that create deep connection. For troubling memories I use EMDR & body-centered therapies, targeting painful experiences, Integrating internal, emotional strenghts & relaxation leads to confidence and success. Clients are able to shift into a lasting state of relief.

I have advanced training and experience in couples' dynamics, the neuroscience of relationships, how men and women are alike and different biologically and adaptively. My background in children/adolescents development provides vast knowledge of how these impact adulthood. I also specialize in families, parenting, couples and blended family issues.
