About
There are a number of different pressures facing each of us. In addition, we all have unique strengths and needs that determine how we approach these stressors. My aim is to help you reach the goals that are important to you by providing support and assistance through therapy or testing. I primarily work with children, adolescents, and young adults who are dealing with a variety of behavior and emotional problems, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD, among others. I also provide academic coaching. I run groups for kids and parents to foster coping and social skills.
In addition, I have an interest in working with women who are pregnant and new parents. Lastly, I offer faith-sensitive therapy to individuals of all ages. My work is grounded in empirically supported treatments such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I am one of the providers with The Center for Neuropsychology and Counseling, PC. We offer individual, family, couples, and group therapy, as well as neuropsychological and educational assessments. Other clinicians' areas of speciality include couples therapy, head injury, and educational issues.
