I am passionate about working with couples. Whether they are new to their relationship, have been together for years or are looking to separate, I am committed to helping them reach their goals. I am the Clinical Supervisor & Coordinator of the Couples Training Program at The Maple Counseling Center. I am also an SEP and I work extensively with trauma.
While I work predominantly from psychodynamic, somatic, and EFT orientations, I draw from many modalities including, but not limited to CBT and mindfulness. I honor the uniqueness of my patients, and I tailor the treatment to meet your specific needs. Currently, I offer teletherapy to clients in the Los Angeles area in addition to my Los Olivos office.
