I am extremely sensitive to diversity and multi-cultural issues, have dealt with clients from many ethnic groups and speak excellent Spanish. I am also very conversant with workplace issues, having also pursued a corporate career and functioned in that environment.
I have been very successful with children and teenagers, and coordinate closely with the schools in the area. Some of my child and adolescent clients return to me as they hit the challenges of young adulthood- vocational, relational and marital. About 40% of clients are over 21.
Over 30 years in same geographical area. Many of my clients are referred by former satisfied clients. Work closely with area hospitals, schools, social agencies, support groups. Strong respect for clients' religious/spiritual context and its use to achieve therapeutic goals.
