Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I received my Master's of Social Work degree from the University of Southern California. Throughout my clinical career, I have had the privilege of working with multiple populations, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, the Military, and their families. I specialize in helping individuals living with anxiety, depression, adjustment changes, trauma, ADHD, and behavioral changes. I firmly believe that everyone has the capacity for healing and personal transformation.
I approach therapy holistically, recognizing that mental health is interconnected with various aspects of life. This means I not only address the symptoms but also explore the root causes and incorporate strategies for overall well-being.
